We keep our policies clear so there are no surprises. Here’s the short version, followed by the details, all in plain language.
Pausing or cancelling a membership requires 30 days’ written notice.
If notice is received less than 30 days before your next scheduled payment, that payment will still process. You’ll continue to have full access to training through the period you’ve paid for, because we don’t want anyone to lose time they’ve already paid for.
Requests to pause or cancel should be submitted in writing, so there’s a clear record for both you and Ephesians Six. If you’re not sure how, just reach out and we’ll point you to the right way to submit it.
Pauses are intended for legitimate situations where someone temporarily can’t train, including:
Tell us what’s going on. We’ll do our best to work with you.
Founder Pricing is protected while a membership remains continuously active.
If a membership is cancelled and the member later returns, they’ll enroll at the membership rates available at that time. A pause is different from a cancellation and follows the pause policy above.
Membership payments are processed according to the billing schedule agreed to at enrollment.
Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current.
If there’s ever a billing question, or something looks incorrect, contact us so we can review it with you.
The Kids Room is for play and rest. Please keep all food and drinks out of the Kids Room.
The waiting room is the designated eating area. Families are welcome to bring what they need, snacks, meals, and drinks should just stay in the designated area rather than being carried throughout the facility.
Clean spills immediately, or let a staff member know. That’s what keeps Ephesians Six able to allow families to bring food into the building.
Ephesians Six is a family and community-focused academy. Members, parents, guests, coaches, and students are expected to:
Class schedules may occasionally change for holidays, special events, weather, tournaments, or other gym needs.

Talk to us. Policies give everyone a clear starting point, but we know families, injuries, work, deployments, and life don’t always fit neatly into a box.
