Comfortable athletic clothing is perfect — a t-shirt with shorts or leggings works well, plus a pair of flip flops or sandals to wear off the mat. For a Gi class, we can lend you a gi for your first (free) class, so there’s nothing to buy before you try.
Our kids classes are coach-led and built around age-appropriate technique, control, and awareness. There’s no striking in kids classes, partners are matched by size, age, experience, and the needs of the class, and coaches supervise training throughout.
Yes. Ephesians Six is a Christian, faith-centered academy — our name comes from Ephesians 6 and the Armor of God.
Pausing or cancelling requires 30 days’ written notice. If notice comes in less than 30 days before your next payment, that payment still processes and you keep training through that paid period. Pauses are for real temporary situations like injury, surgery, deployment, or a family season that needs you. Full details are on our membership policies page.
